In 2001 the company shifted its entire operation to the online world. Today we offer a variety of online workshops, courses and certificate programs that teach people to effectively transfer their skills online. These types of activities are often referred to as "train-the-trainer".

The focus of our business is to mentor people to effectively transfer their skills online (get into the online world of education). We do this entirely online right from the first inquiry and carry it through to when our clients leave us. For example, when someone inquires about a program we offer, we don't use the telephone. The inquiry comes in online, we respond electronically and lead them to a place on the internet to explain the program. We don't send them PDF's or Word documents, That's it! At all times, we model best practices in online education through our emails, instant chats, forum posts, and course content.
Partnerships and Relationships We have a number of solid partnerships and relationships with post secondary institutions and private organizations which have been in existence for many years. Some operate with a simple “handshake” while others are more formal partnerships with organizations that are managed by contracts and agreements.
Who We Train We train literally anyone or any organization that is interested in learning how to transfer their skills online. It doesn't matter to us if the person or organization we train has the credentials or experience in their own field or subject area. Our students might be a math teacher, a community leader, a career counselor, or a psychic. All they need from us is the guidance to transfer their skills online effectively.
The People Our success is grounded in people. We search for and use consultants, facilitators and partners who are experts in their fields and are widely experienced in the online world. All of them understand that teaching online is being online three or four times a day, Monday through Friday, and twice a day during the weekends. Once we find these people, we are extremely loyal and usually continue a mutually positive and satisfactory relationship for a long time.
