Like any entrepreneur, we recommend that you have an income to sustain yourself for the first six months. The amount you earn from our business will increase as you assume more responsibility and bring in new clients and projects.
We estimate it will take two years to fully complete a transition. Yes, this is a long time, but we believe it will take that long to fully understand the company and how it operates. During this period you'll use your successful marketing and sales techniques to sustain and grow new business. You'll also learn about the strengths and weaknesses of the company and work with us to develop methods to strengthen weaknesses.
If you are successful in completing our selection process and we agree to work together, your own contacts will become part of the business as will our existing clients. We'll build on our solid relationships with clients, partners and people to expand our mutual client list.
Compensation will evolve as you take on more responsibility and grow the business. At the end of each three month period we will review strengths and contributions, and progression in taking on the operation. We’ll also discuss what you need from the company, and what you can manage by yourself.
