Education Sector Experience
As our company is involved in the online education business, it goes without saying that you have a fundamental understanding of the administration of education and training. Our preference is that you have online education management skills and experience, but skills can be learned. Ideally, we are looking for a person who has:
Basic experience in curriculum development (in-person or online),
Demonstrated ability to write a program plan that includes goals, objectives and assessment strategies, and
A basic understanding of the concept of community and continuing education.
Desirable Assets are:
A basic understanding of the history of education (post secondary and K-12) in Canada,
Taken some education planning courses in university, and
Used a variety of online communication technologies.
