Marketing and Sales Ability

Although a good sense of leadership, management and business operation are important in growing and building a business, success ultimately comes down to marketing and sales.

Some of the marketing strategies we currently use include testimonials, social networking, traditional text newsletters and posting to target markets. Some of the sales tactics we currently use include bundling, volume discounts and competitive pricing. We are looking for other innovative ways to continue to market and increase sales.

For both marketing and sales, one of the most successful methods we use is to build on our positive relationships and good reputation by networking and asking for referrals. We’re not afraid to say, “No, we cannot provide you with that service, it is not an area of our expertise.” If we don’t believe we can deliver a good solution, we will recommend a competitor we trust and with whom we have a positive relationship. This is one of the many ways our company has managed to achieve such a high reputation for quality – it’s how we win in the long run.
